We're in search of a dynamic and organized Admin Manager to join our fitness company in Dubai!
As the Admin Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall success of our fitness center.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Proven experience as an Admin Manager, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Experience in managing administrative staff and overseeing daily office activities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including reception, facilities management, and office supplies.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, client information, and financial documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
- Support HR-related functions, such as onboarding new employees, managing benefits administration, and facilitating employee relations.
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Certification or training in office management, administration, or related field.
- Experience working in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with administrative software and tools, such as CRM systems or project management platforms.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
