We're in search of a dynamic and organized Admin Manager to join our fitness company in Dubai!

As the Admin Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall success of our fitness center.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Experience in managing administrative staff and overseeing daily office activities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including reception, facilities management, and office supplies.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, client information, and financial documents.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Assist with budget planning and expense tracking, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
  • Support HR-related functions, such as onboarding new employees, managing benefits administration, and facilitating employee relations.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

  • Certification or training in office management, administration, or related field.
  • Experience working in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with administrative software and tools, such as CRM systems or project management platforms.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
