We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Weight Trainer to join our team in Dubai!
As a Weight Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective weight training programs, guiding clients towards their fitness goals, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness center.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficient in English communication (B2 level or higher).
- Demonstrated experience as a Weight Trainer, with a minimum of 2+ years in a commercial setting.
- Deep understanding of weight training principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies, including strength training, powerlifting, and bodybuilding.
- Ability to develop personalized training plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and training sessions effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and motivate clients towards their fitness objectives.
- Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative training strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement comprehensive weight training programs for clients of varying fitness levels and goals.
- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance during weight training sessions to ensure proper form and technique.
- Monitor client progress, track performance metrics, and adjust training programs as needed.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, supplementation, and recovery strategies to support their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Collaborate with other trainers and fitness staff to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and program delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and best practices in weight training and fitness coaching.
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience working with clients with specific fitness goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or sports performance enhancement.
- Certification in personal training or strength and conditioning from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
- Background in sports science, kinesiology, or exercise physiology.
- Previous experience in a coaching or mentoring capacity, particularly in a senior or lead role.
